As spokespersons, you will appear on video presenting our company services in both Spanish and English. These presentations are done in a subtle manner while reviewing other videos on YouTube. The resulting promotional videos will then be published on our various social media platforms on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. Full instructions will be provided and there will be trial sessions as well. The work is done entirely remotely and the length of each resulting video is usually less than 30 minutes. The individual in this role will be a key member of the Government Sales department in performing business-oriented research and professional proposal writing along with assisting during pre-sales and contract execution activities tied to the daily operations of the company. The Proposals Coordinator will also perform a variety of clerical and administrative activities to support the Government Sales department. Responsibilities:• Reviewing U.S. Government and United Nations RFPs and RFQs daily.• Writing proposals that fully respond to the requirements set forth in customer tender documents.• Perform business-oriented research and manage proposals within a structured process.• Review RFP sections and apply to the proposal development and writing process.• Prepare proposal outlines and volumes in compliance with RFP requirements.• Accomplish proposal editing, formatting, compliance checks, and final proposal assembly.• Assist with the development and maintenance of a document library that includes historical proposal documents, formal responses, section references, templates, and standardized past performances documents.• Complete tasks during pre-sales activities, such as sourcing suppliers, requesting quotes from vendors, budgeting, and compliance review.• Actively participate in daily business development and project management meetings.Skills Qualifications:• Ability to communicate effectively in English both in writing and while speaking.• Possess excellent interpersonal skills.• Excellent personal computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Actual proficiency or interest in acquiring proficiency in Adobe applications, to include Adobe Acrobat and InDesign, is required.• Ability to be flexible, accurate, and adaptable, and exhibit excellent attention to detail with superior organizational skills.• Ability to work under tight deadlines and rapid turn-around times.• Ability to multi-task.• Fast thinker and good time management skills.
