40.000,00 $ (Mensual) Otro tipo de contrato Tiempo Completo We are a US-based marketing company and we are looking forward to hiring call center agents living in Venezuela with high English proficiency and demonstrable experience in sales.You will be working remotely on a fixed schedule, MONDAY THROGH SATURDAY, 6 HOURS PER DAY, WITH 2-HOURS BREAK, and your salary plan will be a base payment + commission + bonifications system which will be improved over the time, depending on your performance.On a daily basis, you will be responsible for generating leads from cold lists and will also be required to engage in off-schedule training sessions, mostly in the early stages of our collaboration. You will be reporting your interactions with the clients to the Department Manager and be willing to improve on every aspect you are asked to.We offer a base monthly payment of 300 USD plus commissions for every appointment you successfully set and every sale that happens during the appointment.
